The debt has already been proven, and the creditor must allege and support that the debtor has failed to repay the debt. Therefore, the Judgment can be enforced by holding the noncomplying party in contempt of court. The court may order the judgment debtor's property and assets be garnished to satisfy the debt. This measure involves the appointment of a receiver by the court over, for example, proceeds of the sale of an asset by the debtor with a view to the satisfaction of the debt.
